Hall & Grounds Hire Our Hall & Grounds are available for hire – both for regular groups or individual parties. Hire Costs, Facilities & FAQs One off/Occasional hire = £40 per hour Multiple/Recurring hire = £18 per hour for weekdays and £22 per hour for weekends. Minimum 30 min charge (at the appropriate hire rate). No extra time is included for set up or clear up, you must factor that in to your hire request. Youth Groups Camping overnight = £8 per person per night for Groups outside of ENE District. £5 per person per night for Groups inside ENE District. Large main hall (9 x 18m approx.) Upstairs room (80m2 approx.) Kitchen Wash facilities: 5 unisex WC cubicles 1 separate WC with baby changing facility 2 showers with private changing areas Accessible WC and shower Cloakroom Amenities: Fan-assisted gas central heating Double glazing Large number of tables of various sizes & chairs WiFi internet for visitors Accessibility: Step-free access from street to all areas except upstairs room Accessible WC and shower You must take away your rubbish Payment is due in full in advance of hire starting. Hire includes full use of the main or upstairs hall, kitchen, outdoor space, tables and chairs (unless otherwise stated/agreed). There is an outside tap and outside socket. We do not allow teenage parties due to significant previous damage caused on multiple occasions. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery, cutlery, oven trays etc. There is a small fridge and a large range cooker with induction rings. Cleaning materials are available on site (hoover, brush, mop, clothes etc.) but you may need to bring cleaning spray and/or washing up liquid. We allow bouncy castles and children’s entertainers indoors and outdoors. We have parking. Full T&Cs are noted at bottom of the page.
