BURNSISH NIGHT – Saturday 25th January 2025 29 November 2024 (updated 4 December 2024) | By Mike Maclean Prepare for a great night out and join us at the Scout Hall on Saturday, 25 January 2025, for our ‘Burnsish Night’ with Ceilidh Music provided by Struan Young (of the ‘Pulse Ceilidh Band’). This is a party you’ll not want to miss! There will be plenty more action on the night with a bar, hot bites – some themed, dancing, raffle and other games. Doors Open 6.45pm Tickets £7 – purchasing info below The Doors, Bar and Hot Snack Stall are all open from 6.45pm with the first dance at 7.30pm and the party lasts until late. Festive Coffee Morning 18 November 2024 (updated 29 November 2024) | By Steve Hall Enjoy a Tea or Coffee with a Filled Roll and a unique shopping experience at the Scout Hall , South Trinity Road. Try your luck at our Scout Tombola, or browse the stalls which include Christmas Gifts, Christmas Cards and Crafts and Bric a Brac. Be sure not to miss the Inverleith St Serfs Brownies stall for Festive Treats! Running from 9:30am to 1:30pm. Enjoy a tea or coffee with a filled role and peruse the stalls, including: Our Scout Tombola Christmas Gifts Inverleith St Serfs Brownies Crafts & Cards for Christmas Tickets are £3.50 at the door, or in advance from our Beaver, Cub and Scout sections.
Spooky Bonfire Night – Saturday 9th November 2024 10 October 2024 (updated 31 October 2024) | By admin Our ever popular Spooky Bonfire Night and Fireworks display is back for 2024! Fireworks displays – early show for wee ones at around 7:15pm, main show is after 8pm Bonfire after the main fireworks Hot food & drink, licensed bar Sparklers Marshmallow toasting at our mini-fire Ticketing Info: Capacity is limited, so don’t dawdle – ticket information below: Costs £5/head and £15 for a family (family is 2 adults and up to 3 kids) Online ticket reservation is sold out – For those already booked, remember you pay at the gate on the night, but you must arrive by 7pm to claim! Eventbrite Extra tickets will be available at the gate on the night, queue early to avoid disappointment! Extra tickets are usually available after the early show finishes, when families with very young children tend to leave. So if you don’t get in at first, it’s worth trying again around 7:30pm/8pm.
